The Flats are amazing! My husband and I stayed a couple of nights and the room was perfect. Convenient to old town. It was so cozy and comfortable. We loved our visit!
great room, clean, comfortable, nice appearance. fridge (no freezer section). no microwave. coffee (k-cups) in common area. single pane windows on 2 busy streets. lots of constant traffic noise, and head lights - one window has no shade (other windows have nice, but non-darkening shades). a/c goes 24x7 due to windows (energy inefficient). So some good, some less so. depends on what you are tolerant of.
Great little place to stay close to downtown! The design of the room was cute and the bed was comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!
I wasn't sure about this location, busy street etc. Very pleasantly surprised. Daytime traffic noise quiets after dark. Spotless room. Small suggestion... eating utensils would be a plus. This property is a gem. Caretakers are very helpful and check in is a breeze. Thanks for a pleasant visit!
Lovely place to stay. Great value, accommodations, and location. Mulberry street is noise, but you can hear a pin drop in Fort Collins at night. The room we stayed in was very large with all the amenities. Much better then a hotel, more like a European experience, chill, and real. You get the door code just prior to check in, no worries. Go South to Rainbow Cafe for breakfast or to Alley Cat for Coffee.
Spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed my stay. I stated in Unit B and it had everything I needed. The room is cozy and very comfortable. It took a little but if fiddling to figure out the heating/air conditioning but over I got that dialed in everything was great. I bumped into the owner's aunt one morning and she was super nice and helpful. She gave us some great dinner recommendations which lead to as great meal. I will definitely be looking to stay here a good again.
Family owned! Even with contactless entry Devon and Bill are available 24/7 and are very accommodating. Our room is spacious, clean and had everything we needed with coffee in the hallway. It's only a short walk to the square so we never had to move our car. Free parking on the street. We highly recommend this affordable place while staying in Fort Collins.
Our stay was wonderful! The room was clean and very comfortable. We loved the convenience of the location and contactless entry! The owners are responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend to all our family and friends!
